What exactly is Roof Maintenance ?

We do a complete inspection of the roof , we seal all exposed nail heads, seal pipeboots and vents. Check flashing and if needed re screw or seal down. We go into the attic to check make sure there is no leaks are light coming through. If we find anything that needs taken care of that is not included in the Roof Maintenance we will take pictures and write up and estimte for repairs.
